Curious that her salvo in the battle to eradicate Uggs is to pimp another fugly piece of footwear that Pamela Anderson-types can wear with hot pants. It's sort of like offering to replace the trucker hat with a trucker-newsboy hybrid that has all the space for ironic messages, but with none of the mesh.

THese are everywhere in Norway, where I live. They really do keep your legs warm, warmer than leather boots would. They are kind of a necessity in snow ridden places like Norway. They are NOT worn with hot pants here! Maybe thick tights and a wool pleated mini skirt. I have a pair in black, though not quite so extreme. In white they look like Pomeranians got stuck on your feet.
