I know. I can't believe it either. No breasts hanging out. No crotch-shots. No ass cheeks. Almost no skin at all! In fact, I would almost dub this outfit overly demure, if I wasn't scared of sending her back over the precipice to Hootch Canyon. Instead, I raise a glass of Cristal to you, Kim, and congratulate you on cleaning up so nicely. I'm not wild about the bangs, but I love the shoes and overall, you look adorable. Adorable, and clean. Well played, my dear. I'm so proud.

Just hold on a minute here. If she had been dressing "normally" all along, i.e., not showing 99% of her skin,etc., this outfit would be categorized as fugly. Just because she's not hanging out of it doesn't mean she hasn't erred.
Remember the "purplish" dress on the Xcite website? This dress is not only frilly, tight around the chest, with that stupid ribbon, and just plain wrong, it is also "reddish". It is the only way to describe the color. With the shoes and the hair, it looks like a Minnie Mouse costume gone wrong.
Yeah, she does kinda look like a drag queen dressed up as Lucille Ball.
I'm gonna have to say that she looks like a freaked-out inflatable doll dressed as Minnie Pearl. I mean, is that really an improvement?
What's odd to me is that the dress doesn't seem to hang on/off her body properly. Which just goes to show how far she has taken the normal figure and sliced, diced, inflated and sucked it. No off the rack for Miss Kim. No pun intended.
I get the impression she wore this because she went for tea with her Grandmother before this event and didn't have time to change.
It has to be a costume party.. LOOK! She even has made her eyes uneven to go with her wild outfit.

This is how I'd expect Lil Kim's grandma to dress. The dress looks mumu-esque. I think I prefer the Ho Lil Kim to the Bubbe Lil Kim.

I'd have to guess she's wearing this as a joke. It's too severe and prissy for her, though it does occur to me after seeing her like this that she'd look great if she went more in a slinky, sleek direction. But she looks kind of Halloween-silly here.

Too much magenta and too much make-up. She may look like a demented Barbie doll from the 50's, but at least she doesn't look like a hooker.

No, no, no. Compared to what's come before, this is clearly an improvement. But don't lose sight of the fact that this is still an abberation.
1. Big breasts and high necks - not a good look; it makes her look like she's made a bad job of hiding a pair of wayward balloons.
2. The shoe colour is too close to be contrasting and too far too match.
3. The shoe bows are prissy; the waist bow draws attention to the fact that she doesn't have a proper waist.
4. The supercoiffed hair is just...weird.
All a bit Pink Lady grows up, no?
This is just plain fugly!!
She looks good when she's on the witness stand, and that's about it!
Otherwise, she's dressing as a half-naked strung-out crack-whore, or a strung-out crack-whore's version of perfect suburban mom.
