I think Naomi Watts is trying to put one over on me.
I THINK she's wearing a jumpsuit. But I suppose that MAYBE this is just a black shirt tucked into quasi-jodhpurs -- like, perhaps the giant brooch she's pinned to her navel is a deliberate attempt to throw me off the scent, because it could be hiding some kind of telltale mark, like zipper and button or somesuch, that would rescue this outfit from Jumpsuit City (and promptly banish it to Bad Pantsville, but that's not my problem).
The back view doesn't entirely help either:

I am STILL pretty sure this is a jumpsuit. But in theory, that could also be a waistband for a pair of pants... but you know what, it no longer matters. Jumpsuit City, Bad Pantsville... neither of them are very nice places, but they're both better than Assatraz, the remote prison in which this outfit soon will be be locked away forever. Its crime? Making Naomi look like she's wearing the world's largest adult diaper. Bad form, Cracktacular Probable-Jumpsuit. Bad form indeed. Relinquish Naomi from your wicked thrall and go stand in the corner and think about what you've done.
