I agree with everyone that's saying all of this is too matchy matchy. While I am not a fan of the overly mismatched, this takes it too far in the other direction. The eye shadow is killing me. Blue eyeshadow is tricky as it is, but matching it to your blue outfit is something that should never happen.
For me, the shoes are bridesmaidy so much as they are too heavy for an outfit like this. I personally don't like that style of shoe anyway, but when you factor in the color, it overwhelms her whole look. A more delicate, strappy shoe in black or even navy would have worked.

There's just too much BLUE for me. It's knock-you-over-your-head BLUE. The dress is kicky, but along with the makeup and the bridesmaids shoes, it's too matchy-matchy.
It's too costumey. Add fairy wings to the back of the dress and she's Tinkerbell's friend. For a moment I was swaying toward the opinion that the pieces alone worked, but no. I'm playing eyeball ping-pong (or table tennis, for those folks that have elevated it beyond something you did in your friend's basement while the "adults" were upstairs getting hammered and playing pass-the-orange) between the dress and the shoes and it's soooo tiring. It's like doing up your face: put the emphasis on the eyes or the lips, but not both. She actually looks pretty fabulous in this dress. I have legs like Alicia's, and can guarantee that I would never, never, never wear ankle straps; it's the quickest way to make legs like that look big.
